Mr. N. John Simmons, Jr. is a Certified Public Accountant who has served as the President and Director at Quantum Capital Partners, since December 1998. His experience covers the technology, manufacturing, retail and wholesale distribution, service, real estate and hospitality industries, and he has significant experience in initial public offerings. John is from the Tampa Bay area and began his career with KPMG where he spent

17 years.

 

He served previously as the CEO and President of Lifestyle Family Fitness, Inc. While having a notable client list of public companies including Publix Super Markets, Jabil Circuit, and Danka, he also was the Partner in-charge of the private business advisory services and high technology practices for the West Coast of Florida.

 

Mr. Simmons served as the CFO at Checkers Drive In Restaurants, Inc, he was the Vice President and Controller of Eckerd Corporation, help the position of Audit Partner with KPMG Peat Marwick for 17 years, and has serviced a number of privately and publicly held companies in the Tampa Bay area. He has also served as the Chairman of SRI Surgical Express Inc., Director at Technology Research Corp., Director of Lifestyle Family Fitness, Inc., Independent Director at MModal MQ Inc., he is a Founding Director of Governor’s Florida Sterling Council on Quality, Director of the Enterprise Corporation of Tampa Bay, President of Leadership Tampa Bay and President, Leadership Pinellas.

 

John currently advises growth companies with strategy formulation and tactical plan implementation to accelerate growth, team building, sales processes, digital marketing and social media, technology, operations, financings and exit planning. Clients range up $100,000,000 in revenue and include digital marketing, consumer service, medical, manufacturing, wellness, retail, restaurant and franchise companies, as well as family offices.
