An Interview Moderated by Matt Walsh

Feld Entertainment was founded in 1967, when Irvin Feld acquired Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® circus at a historic signing at the Colosseum in Rome. He was joined in the business by his son, Kenneth, in 1970. Kenneth assumed the role of Feld Entertainment CEO in 1984 after working alongside his father for nearly two decades.

As CEO, Kenneth is committed to the company mission “to bring joy to more people in more places around the world through innovative live experiences.” Currently, Feld Entertainment is the worldwide leader in producing and presenting live touring family entertainment with properties including Monster Jam®, Monster Energy Supercross, Disney On Ice, Disney Live!, Sesame Street Live!, Marvel Universe LIVE!, DreamWorks Trolls the Experience and Jurassic World Live Tour. Across the brand portfolio, Feld Entertainment has entertained millions of families in more than 75 countries and on six continents. The organization continues to draw inspiration from Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey®, whose spirit of achieving the impossible resonates at Feld Entertainment through the creative ideology threaded into all aspects of show production and work culture.

Kenneth works alongside his three daughters Juliette (COO), Nicole (Executive Vice President) and Alana (Executive Vice President), to bring to life and embody the spirit of “family entertainment.”

Under Kenneth’s leadership, Feld Entertainment began moving its corporate headquarters to Ellenton, Florida in 2012, in order to house all of its productions under one roof. Feld Entertainment Studios is now the third-largest single-occupant building in the state. It houses two full-sized rehearsal studios for stage and ice productions as well as the largest monster truck shop in the world, holding 45 Monster Jam trucks when at full capacity and equipped with the ability to design and build the impressive 12-foot tall vehicles from start to finish.

Kenneth serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Boston University, his alma mater, and is a member of The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors.
