Erin Cigich, a 17-year industry veteran, is CEO of the award-winning outcome-based marketing company, Perform[cb]. Leveraging a true “outcome-based” approach, Perform[cb]’s philosophy is simple - to provide efficient and brand-safe media buys on incremental growth channels while exceeding marketers’ ROAS goals. Their Outcome Engine team acts as a top partner for many brands, like Capital One, LendingTree, and Walmart, to deliver consistent, high-intent traffic at scale. Under Erin’s leadership, Perform[cb] has undergone tremendous organic revenue growth, in addition to two successful sale processes to leading private equity firms and five strategic acquisitions. 

Jaime DiDomenico was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised on Long Island. He moved to Florida in the 1980s and has been working in home services ever since. After being selected to join a consolidator, he facilitated the purchase of Cool Today in 1998. He then purchased it for himself with a couple of partners in 2004. DiDomenico used his passion for people to transform Cool Today into the wildly successful business and tight-knit community it is todayCool Today focuses on building lifelong relationships with each and every customer. This mentality has helped them to grow from their base in Sarasota to now service the Tampa, Naples and Orlando communities. Jaime sold CoolToday to Private Equity in 2019, and currently works as VP of Mergers and Acquisitions for the Wrench Group, the PE that purchased CoolToday.


Art Lambert is an entrepreneur with compassion for our community. He is committed to giving individuals more opportunities to succeed as a business leader and through his active role as a volunteer. He launched his career in the technology industry, selling brands like IBM and Zenith Data Systems (ZDS). He and his friend, Ron Simkins, were senior executives for ZDS before venturing to Florida’s shores to dream up a new approach for the printing and signage business. As Co-Founder of S-One Holdings Corporation, celebrating 30 years of innovation with Sarasota as its global headquarters, Art is passionate about having team members thrive and build success for themselves, their families, business, and their neighbors. S-One Holdings Corporation provides innovative product research, development, manufacturing, and distribution to digital imaging, design, and print professionals worldwide. S-One subsidiaries include Brand Management Group (BMG), DIGIPRINT SUPPLIES, LexJet, and S-OneLP. Strategic partnerships include brand licensing agreements with HP and KODAK large format media.
